How to Become a Psychic

If you’ve ever dreamed of becoming a psychic, or wonder if you have at least some psychic abilities, there are many ways to practice and develop those skills. Like a muscle, psychic abilities need regular exercise to become stronger and more effective.

Debbie suggests starting by determining how you best sense information (clairvoyant, clairaudient or telepathic). You can also determine what kind of psychic messages you are most likely to receive and if any particular perception works better for you than others. For example, if you are clairaudient, you might hear voices in your head or receive messages and guidance through sound (such as singing or whispering). Or you may get a gut feeling about someone which later proves to be correct. You might even hear a message from another spirit in your dreams or wake up at night hearing talking, whistling or other sounds that can’t be explained.

Some psychics are able to access the Akashic Records, which contain all of our life experiences from past, present and future. Other psychics can read our energy field, also known as our aura. This allows them to see whether an idea or event is getting ready to manifest or if it already has. Psychics can also see the nonverbal communication that comes from other people’s energy and body language.

Psychics often have a wide range of spiritual practices, including tarot cards, dowsing, reiki, and meditation, which can help them gain insights into their own lives and the lives of others. They also have a keen awareness of body language, which can reveal important details about a person’s thoughts, feelings and emotions.
